Welcome to OPIATE. These Terms of Service govern your use of the OPIATE website and your purchase of products from OPIATE.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

ONLINE STORE

The OPIATE online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell our products and services.

You may not use our website, services, or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

ORDERS

By placing an order with OPIATE, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. OPIATE reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, product availability, suspected resale activity, or violations of these Terms.

If OPIATE cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

Customers are responsible for all applicable product costs, shipping charges, taxes, and other fees displayed at checkout.

OPIATE reserves the right to correct errors involving pricing, product information, promotions, or availability. Orders affected by an obvious pricing or listing error may be canceled and refunded when applicable.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. Products may sell out quickly during limited releases, drops, restocks, or promotional periods.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee availability or reserve the product. OPIATE may limit purchase quantities when necessary and does not guarantee that sold-out products will be restocked.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

OPIATE makes reasonable efforts to accurately represent product colors, materials, measurements, designs, photographs, and descriptions.

Due to differences in screens, manufacturing, garment washing, dyeing, printing, distressing, and production processes, the product you receive may have minor variations from the images displayed online.

Reasonable variations in color, wash, distressing, print or pattern placement, measurements, dye appearance, or finishing details may be part of the intended design or manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

SIZING

Customers are responsible for reviewing product measurements and sizing information before completing a purchase.

Minor measurement variations may occur during garment manufacturing. OPIATE does not provide refunds or exchanges because a customer selected an incorrect size or because an item fits differently than expected when the correct ordered size was provided.

LIMITED RELEASES & DROPS

Certain OPIATE products may be released in limited quantities and may not be restocked after selling out.

OPIATE reserves the right to establish purchase limits for limited releases and may cancel orders that attempt to circumvent those limits.

PRE-ORDERS

Certain products may occasionally be offered for pre-order. Pre-order products may require additional manufacturing, production, or processing time.

Estimated production and shipping information will generally be provided with the applicable product. Production and shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to reasonable delays.

By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge that the product may not be available for immediate shipment.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Most OPIATE orders are expected to ship within approximately one week of being placed.

However, customers should allow up to 2–4 weeks for orders to ship due to high demand, production requirements, order volume, holidays, carrier delays, or unexpected circumstances.

Processing and production time are separate from carrier transit time after an order has shipped.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

OPIATE cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order enters processing or fulfillment. OPIATE is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply when a package must be reshipped because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue.

LOST OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided after an order has shipped.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and OPIATE Customer Support as soon as possible.

A package being marked as delivered does not automatically qualify the order for a refund or replacement. Delivery-related claims will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable law.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

OPIATE does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, personal preference, or customer ordering errors.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact OPIATE within 14 days of delivery. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted. OPIATE cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled, modified, or have its shipping information changed after it has been placed.

Customers should carefully review their order before completing checkout.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact OPIATE Customer Support first so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of payment dispute systems may result in future orders being refused where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any legitimate rights available through your payment provider or applicable consumer protection laws.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, and other conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined or applied to previously completed purchases.

OPIATE reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers where permitted by law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All OPIATE branding, logos, original artwork, graphics, clothing designs, photographs, videos, product images, website designs, written content, and other original brand materials are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by OPIATE.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, commercially exploited, or used to create unauthorized derivative works without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Nothing contained on the OPIATE website grants ownership or permission to use OPIATE intellectual property except as expressly authorized.

ACCEPTABLE USE

The OPIATE website may not be used for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

Users may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, impersonate another person, improperly collect information, or violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of OPIATE or third parties.

OPIATE does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, completely secure, or free from technical errors.

We may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue portions of our website or services when reasonably necessary.

OPIATE makes no guarantees that the website or services will always operate without interruption, delay, technical error, or security issue.
